When I think about Truth Unites, two thoughts always come to mind:
1) I am so grateful for all of you who watch/support. It means the world to me.
2) I pray that my videos are serving the experience of gospel assurance and gospel joy. The gospel is just too happy not to celebrate and proclaim. It really does make the difference, even for you and me today. I want my videos to promote that experience of relief and joy, when the reality of Jesus floods our heart afresh.
Some upcoming videos/projects:
1) Does the Bible Have Errors? (What Biblical Inerrancy DOESN’T Mean)
2) Was the Earliest Bible Actually Protestant?
3) Was Jesus A False Prophet?
4) When Was the Gospel of John Written?
5) Can Atheism Deliver Meaning? (Douthat vs. Pinker)
April-June will be a pretty normal stretch of travel and videos and teaching at Immanuel (hope to see you at the Credo conference in April!). June 22-26 I am teaching a course at Wheaton College on ecclesiology (the doctrine of the church). Then I am taking most of July off (never done that before, but feel convicted to have more rest and family time).
In August I am starting the initial drafting for a new book project: You Can Keep Going: How to Flourish in the Different Seasons of Your Calling (releasing 2028, Lord willing).
In September my book releases: Why Christianity Makes Sense: A Book About Jesus, The Mysteries of the World, and the Longings of the Heart.
My fall is full of travels (especially excited about the Apologetics Canada Conference and in September, and the Palm Beach Atlantic Apologetics Conference in October).
I’ll be honest: many of the intellectual projects I’d hope to give myself to I have now completed. I am grateful. But it also creates a strange “gap.” As I look out ahead into 2027, I need to the Lord’s help to know what exactly to give my heard and mind to. I want to be fruitful for Christ. So I am in a season of asking the Lord to give me new dreams and goals. You could pray for me to that end. And let me know if you have ideas.
Thank you all, and may the Lord bless you in 2026!
PS: Just for fun, here is a passage from Why Christianity Makes Sense. It’s the conclusion to the chapter on fulfilled prophecy as an argument for Christ:

I suspect many who look further into this topic will come to believe, as I have, that the most plausible explanation of the messianic character of the biblical story is indeed a supernatural one. It really does seem like the Jewish people were patiently waiting for a Savior of the world, and Jesus is that Savior.
If this is true, it is quite exciting. It means hope has arrived in human history. A hero has entered the story—not just for the ancient Jews, but also for you and me today. “Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end” (Isaiah 9:7).
Do you remember the final scene of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story? Right after Darth Vader massacres all those rebel troopers? A tiny ship escapes, carrying the Death Star plans. When Princess Leia is asked what they are, she simply replies, “Hope.”
Think of the emotions of this scene. You are languishing against terrible oppression and darkness. Things look grim. But now a glimmer of hope is kindled. The rebellion has a chance. You can keep fighting.
If Jesus is the expected Jewish Messiah, this is what we should feel. The long saga of human history is brutal. But something is being done about it. A plan is quietly unfolding. There is hope.

This excerpt from your book reads just like you are talking. Love it. I hear your voice in my head as I read. Looking forward to it coming out!
